About Us
History
Northavon Mini Drivers was founded in 1994. It was an established local and friendly Mini club for owners and enthusiasts of the little car and over 200 Members joined from Bristol and surrounding areas during this time.
Over the years, the club became known for it's fund raising and charity events including the three popular 'Great Western Mini Days' of '96, '97 and '99. These events alone raised over £8000 for Frenchay Hospital's 'Jack & Jill Appeal' for sick children.
After a decade of the club, the doors were sadly closed to members, as there seemed a sudden and unusual lack of interest. At the end of 2007 however, members were eager for it to restart and here we are today. The club was reformed in February this year and this time around, we welcome the BMW MINI too.
Meetings
We hold our regular monthly meetings on the first Sunday of the month at 'The Bradley Stoke' in Bristol, from 7:30pm. The pub welcomes children too. Meetings are informal and we arrange social events such as bowling, day trips and 'cruises' as well as visiting the ever-popular Mini shows.
If you would like further information on the club, or have any questions, please send us a message via our contacts page or contact Natalie at the details below.
