Great Western Mini Day - Club Application
Thank you for your interest in our show. If you would like to book a club stand at this event, please
CLICK HERE to download the Club Application Form. The club will not be charged a fee to display their cars, but that the admission price of £6 per adult will apply. (Children under 16 will be charged £1 each)
Please state how many cars you wish to display on the club stand and enter the size of the gazebo too please if you have one. This will allow us to allocate enough space for you on the day. Please also remember to let us know if you need to cancel the stand at a later date.
You will need to bring with you on the day please a copy of your risk assessment in case we need to ask to see it.
In case of severe weather at the time of the event, please keep an eye on this website, for any notifications.
